Food industry customer brought raw materials to Awesome to test the weighing and feeding of materials

Recently, our food industry customer brought raw materials to Awesome to test the weighing and feeding of materials. Due to the customer’s large production capacity, the continuous feeding reaches 1500-2000kg/h. In order to minimize the number of feeding times and provide more stable accuracy, we chose a large capacity loss-in-weight scale with a three-point load cell. The vacuum loader is placed on the top of the loss-in-weight scale, and the pipeline is connected to the dust-free feeding station, which completes a set of feeding, suction, weighing and feeding system. The customer only needs to feed the dust-free feeding station at intervals, and the system can do the rest automatically. After a whole day of repeated tests, the customer is very satisfied with the weighing accuracy, and also highly evaluated the professional level of our company.
