Lab Test Sieve
The operator stacks a set of test sieves with decreasing mesh sizes from top to bottom, places a weighed sample on the top sieve, and clamps the stack onto the sieve shaker. The shaker generates a three-dimensional motion — combined rotary vibration and vertical tapping — through an eccentric motor with adjustable speed and timing. Particles smaller than each mesh opening fall to the next level down, while oversized particles are retained on the corresponding sieve. After the preset screening time, each fraction is weighed to plot the particle size distribution curve, giving you precise, repeatable data for quality control, incoming material inspection, and process development.
Linear Sieve
Two vibrating motors are mounted at the two ends of the screen box, rotating in opposite directions. The superimposed forces produce a linear (straight-line) vibration perpendicular to the motor axes, which throws the material upward and forward along the screen surface. Material is fed at the inlet, moves forward in a straight line, and fine particles pass through the mesh openings to the lower outlet, while oversized particles and impurities are discharged from the upper outlet at the opposite end. Multi-deck configurations (up to 5 decks) separate the material into several fractions in a single pass. Amplitude and vibration frequency can be adjusted to match different materials and throughput requirements.
Rotary Vibrating Sieve
A vertical vibration motor with eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends generates a three-dimensional gyratory motion — combining horizontal circular, vertical, and tilt components. This compound motion causes the material to spread radially and evenly across the full screen surface. Fine particles pass through the mesh into the lower discharge, while coarse particles and impurities move along the screen surface and are discharged through the upper outlet. The screen is available with 1-3 decks for multi-fraction grading, and an optional ball tray or ultrasonic cleaning system prevents mesh blinding when handling fine or sticky powders.

The drive unit produces a low-frequency, large-amplitude gyratory motion that closely mimics the manual sieving action of an experienced operator. Material enters through the feed inlet and moves slowly and evenly across the entire screen surface in a spiral path from the center to the periphery. Because the motion is gentle and the material remains in contact with the mesh openings for a longer time, the tumbler screen achieves high screening efficiency without damaging fragile or easily-broken materials. It handles large feed volumes with consistent accuracy, and multiple decks can be stacked to produce several particle grades simultaneously.
