      Описание

      The linear vibrating screen is widely used across various industries—including metallurgy, building materials, coal, chemicals, cement, ceramics, refractories, and grain processing—for grading operations involving both granular and powdered materials to varying degrees; it is also employed in assembly line applications.The vibration screen's drive system employs two vibrating motors operating in a paired configuration with synchronous, but oppositely directed rotational motion. The motors are symmetrically installed at the lower rear section of the screen cabinet at a 45° angle; the centrifugal force generated by their eccentric masses cancels each other out within the symmetrical upper and lower spaces, combining to produce a powerful excitation force that acts through the center of gravity of the screen body. The screen cabinet (vibration-bearing component), supported by four sets of vibration damping devices, is subjected to this force, which drives the screen mesh to undergo linear reciprocating motion; consequently, the overall motion trajectory of the screening machine is linear. The material on the screen is subjected to both periodic excitation forces and its own gravitational force, causing it to undergo continuous oblique parabolic motion; macroscopically, this results in a straight-line motion trajectory for the material on the screen surface. As the material is thrown upward, the material layer is rapidly loosened, enabling layered distribution of particles of varying sizes, diffusion, and collision with the screen surface—thereby allowing more fine particles to adhere to or pass through the screen mesh, achieving the objective of screening and grading the material.
